Your Aura

The BABY AURA is suited for spaces up to 20 m2. We recommend purchasing a BUNDLE for larger rooms to create the ultimate AURA in your own space. Simply add two (2) or more Baby Aura's to your cart to automatically receive our BUNDLE discount.

Depending on use and environment in which the unit is working we recommend replacing your filter every 6 months. Please also follow care instructions provided with your BABY AURA to prolong the efficiency of your filter.

We Aussies need to get serious about airborne bacteria, particles, germs, allergens and much more. Unlike some other units you might find in the market who use ‘HEPA like’ filters our BABY AURA only uses H13 Medical Grade HEPA, alongside a pre-filter + activated carbon filter. The 3 stage filtering process is unlike air purifiers of the old.

We're about to get a little 'nerdy' on you now - here's how the science works! The BABY AURA's HEPA filter works by mechanical filtration — air is forced through a fine mesh which traps particles. HEPA filters can remove more than 99.95% of all particle sizes down to 0.30-1.0 microns (one millionth of a metre). This means the BABY AURA can help filter airborne viruses, bacteria, and tiny particles known as “particulate matter”. HEPA filters can’t completely eliminate things like COVID transmission, but they can help reduce the risk especially when used with other best practices.

There are multiple other benefits too especially when it comes to asthma sufferers or simply providing allergy relief, reducing dust, mold spores, pet dander and so much more!

The BABY AURA is pure simplicity in function. With the touch of one button you can change modes, fan gear/speed, turn on/off your calming night light and much more. 

The filter can be replaced with a single 90◦ anti-clockwise turn, eliminating the need for complicated maintenance. Simply pull the filter out and drop in the replacement. 

No screws, no tabs, no locking mechanism. Simple. Refined. Beauty in minimalism.

Shipping

In the event that you entered an incorrect address when making your purchase you must email hola@hava-aura.com.au within one (1) hour of placing your order to allow us with the best possible chance of updating your shipping information (no other medium of contact is accepted in this situation). Please note HĀVA is not responsible for shipments with incorrect address details.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our courier partners quote us 2-7 business days for delivery, sometimes delays are experienced and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 12 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

*Please note: Once we pass your HĀVA AURA order to our delivery partners, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by them. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Once your HĀVA order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email when the first scan on your parcel has been made by the shipping carrier. This email will contain your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your JUNK & SPAM inboxes, as it may be hiding from you!

We couldn't be more excited to get you your HĀVA order to you ASAP! We endeavour to post all orders made before 12:00pm EST time the next working days. All orders made after 12:00pm will be shipped the following 1-2 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

Warranty & Returns

Your BABY AURA is covered with a piece of mind 1 year manufacturers warranty. Please refer to our footer tab under 'Warranty' for more detailed info.

On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please email us at hola@hava-aura.com.au immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy. Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip. Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post the item back to us.
