Your Aura

We recommend replacing the filter every 6 months.

Most particles are trapped within Baby Aura’s intricate 3-stage filter layers, ensuring optimal air purification.

In between replacements, we provide care instructions to clean and maintain the outer mesh net.

It’s essential to replace the filter at the 6-month mark (or sooner if you notice heavy build-up) to maintain its effectiveness.

Baby Aura is designed for spaces up to 30m².

For larger homes, we recommend bundling multiple units — giving you the flexibility to move them around as needed.

Baby Aura features a high-efficiency 3-stage filter system:

  1. Pre-filter: Captures larger particles like dust, hair, and lint.
  2. HEPA H13 Filter: Traps up to 99.95% of fine particles such as pollen, pet dander, and airborne nasties.
  3. Activated Carbon Layer: Absorbs odours, smoke, and harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

While Baby Aura is a portable air purifier designed to filter and clean the air you breathe, Mist Aura is a humidifier that focuses on improving air moisture with ultra-clean, sterilised mist.

Mist Aura features:

  • UV-C Technology: Disinfects the water before it’s turned into mist, neutralising bacteria and microorganisms.
  • HEPA Filtration: Filters out airborne particles, ensuring the air that carries the mist remains clean.
  • Heat Sterilisation: Further purifies the mist output, delivering a 99.99% sterilised mist for safer hydration.
  • Cool & Warm Mist Modes: Choose between refreshing cool mist in summer or soothing warm mist in winter.
  • Essential Oil Feature: Add your favourite essential oils for a calming aromatherapy experience.

In short:

  • Baby Aura = air purifier (filters airborne particles).
  • Mist Aura = humidifier (adds clean, sterilised moisture to the air).

Mist Aura is designed for spaces up to 50m².

Perfect for bedrooms, living areas, or any space needing hydration and comfort.

Shipping

In the event that you entered an incorrect address when making your purchase you must email hola@hava-aura.com.au within one (1) hour of placing your order to allow us with the best possible chance of updating your shipping information (no other medium of contact is accepted in this situation). Please note HĀVA is not responsible for shipments with incorrect address details.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our courier partners quote us 2-7 business days for delivery, sometimes delays are experienced and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 12 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

*Please note: Once we pass your HĀVA AURA order to our delivery partners, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by them. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Once your HĀVA order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email when the first scan on your parcel has been made by the shipping carrier. This email will contain your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your JUNK & SPAM inboxes, as it may be hiding from you!

We couldn't be more excited to get you your HĀVA order to you ASAP! We endeavour to post all orders made before 12:00pm EST time the next working days. All orders made after 12:00pm will be shipped the following 1-2 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

Warranty & Returns

Your BABY AURA is covered with a piece of mind 1 year manufacturers warranty. Please refer to our footer tab under 'Warranty' for more detailed info.

On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please email us at hola@hava-aura.com.au immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy. Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip. Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post the item back to us.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has been completed. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at hola@hava-aura.com.au immediately and we can always try and see what is possible. (*Please note an outcome cannot be guaranteed).
