12 Month Manufacturer Warranty

HĀVA products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty, with accessories covered for 6 months, from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal use, provided the product has been used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the supplied care and operating instructions.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, HĀVA may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the affected part, provide a replacement product, or offer another appropriate remedy.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, abuse or neglect
Damage caused by improper use, storage, care or maintenance
Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose
Damage occurring during transportation where HĀVA is not responsible for the transportation
Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product fault

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your HĀVA product has developed a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with your order details and a description of the issue.

To help us assess your claim, we may request photographs, video, troubleshooting information or proof of purchase.

In some circumstances, the product may need to be returned to us for inspection before a warranty claim can be finalised.

Where possible, we may provide replacement parts rather than replacing the complete product.

Shipping & Returns

If a product needs to be returned for assessment, our Customer Care team will provide instructions before the product is sent.

Please do not return a product without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Australian Consumer Law

Our warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
